I’m Liz Hover … a Brit gal in Winnipeg, Canada.

I’m the director for online at the National Screen Institute – a film and television training organisation in Winnipeg, Canada. I teach social media marketing to their students, manage their website and social media spaces and program their online short film festival.

I’ve presented workshops about the social web for many Canadian organisations, moderated panel discussions and been a panelist myself. I’ve also been named one of the world’s top 125 fearless female bloggers.

Diary of a Webgal is my personal blog where I write about the social web and I might occasionally mention my dog (whose blog Hi, I’m Sadie Shih Tzu is far more entertaining than mine and is the winner of a 2010 Canadian Weblog Award).
